RETURN/REFUND POLICY:

RETURN ELIGIBILITY: 

You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange. To initiate a return or exchange, please email helpmespacecowboy@gmail.com with your order number (No DMs please, as they can get lost). Please allow 2-5 business days for a response with instructions for the next steps.

SHIPPING YOUR RETURN BACK:

Items must be shipped back within 5 days of receiving the return approval. Any delay in shipping will incur a restocking fee of $15. Pack items securely in their original packaging. Returns must be odor-free and stain/mark-free. Customers must cover return shipping costs. We do not provide shipping labels for returns.

REFUND & INSPECTION:

Once we receive the return, please allow 4-5 business days for inspection. If the return is approved, we will issue a refund or store credit (non-expiring). Original shipping fees are non-refundable. If the return does not meet our standards, we will notify you via email. You can choose to have the item returned to you or a cleaning fee deducted from your refund.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS:

We do not cover return shipping costs, duties, taxes, or VAT for international returns. Please contact your local postal service for reimbursement of customs duties and taxes. We are not responsible for lost or stolen return packages.

REFUNDS:

Refunds can be issued as store credit or returned to the original payment method. All items must be in their original condition, free of odors, stains, or marks.

FINAL SALE ITEMS:

All promotional and reduced sale items are final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
